1977 Catalina 22

i’ve had my 1977 catalina 22 sailboat and trailer in arizona, covered and on jackstands for 41 years, but no longer have the stamina for it. it is in good condition. production catalina 22 features: swing keel and rudder for sailing in 2 ft of water and beaching bow; dinette table breaks down into berth; v berth with hatch and storage underneath; popup cabin roof; galley with alcohol stove, sink, and water tank that slides under cockpit for 3rd berth; lots of under cockpit storage; curtain for v-berth, and area under v-berth for porta potty. major features i added: knot meter and depth gauge with thru hull sensors; swim ladder; stern pulpit and life lines; masthead light; lighted compass mounted on bulkhead; battery volt meter; battery charging monitor; battery charging wiring on outboard; stereo radio and cd player with speakers in cabin; toilet paper dispenser; tinting on windows; teakwood bulkheads and companionway boards; curtains for portholes; fuse panel switches replaced 2023, and 14 inch wheels and fenders replaced with 15 inch. major equipment: main sail, jib, and cruising spinnaker; 20 lb anchor with chain and line; two stern anchors with chain and lines; bumpers; dock lines; cockpit seat cushions; boom vang pulley; topping lift; tiller extension and locking mechanism; battery charger and dock power line with 30w connector; cockpit cover with two poles; porta potty; single handed mast raising equipment; 6 hp 2 stroke long stem 1977 evinrude outboard, overhauled aug 2023; 1977 catalina trailer with 2017 tires, surge brakes, tongue extension, and 2 year old wheel bearings; and charts of arizona lakes and southern ca; catalina 22 handbook and catalog.
