2018 Chaparral 246 surf

2018 chapparal 246 surf (water damaged) fitted with a single volvo penta 300hp v8 petrol engine (non runner). we have been advised this boat was partially submerged due to a spilt bellow.. the engine turns over by hand, but not via the ignition. there is power to the helm and most things are working. the engine will require further investigation. the boat is being sold as a non runner and in the condition seen in the photos. no trailer, but available at extra cost
