2006 Custom lutra 30

designed by lutra, made by v1 composites in abu dhabi in 2006 this 30ft racing yacht was part of the +39 americas cup team and was based at their training camp in valencia.since then it has been part of an elite racing school in portugal and then brought back to the uk in 2019 to race in the hp30 class. in 2019 the boat was fitted out for hp30 racing by adding a 2m bowsprit and new rod rigging was fitted by advanced rigging at hys.
