original owner!this is a 2005 formula 40 pc with yanmar diesel 440s 6ly2a-stp with 760 hours . original owner and very well mantained , all maintanence records and full set of owners manuel on board . new garmin gps system and new electronic trim tabs & sound system were all upgraded , all new hatches , new bow thruster . new battery this year , detailed and bottom painted.boat is in the water and being run today and in great shape .
