boatshed norfolk are very pleased to be able to offer to the market this genuine steel dutch barge houseboat / live-aboard vessel. she is a real piece of nautical history as she is 100 years old this year having been made in 1923 in holland. the current owners bought her 4 years ago and sailed her across the north sea back to norfolk in a 16 hour trip. the 120hp 6 cyl fiat aifo diesel engine is clean and tidy.
