this advanced accommodation and pipelay barge, classed by abs, is designed for operations in shallow to medium water depths. with an overall length of 137.25 m and a breadth moulded of 37.82 m, the barge features a moulded depth of 9 m. it operates with a maximum draft of 4.5 m and a minimum draft of 2.8 m. the vessel boasts a gross tonnage of 19,750 and a net tonnage of 5,928, with a deadweight tonnage of 10,367 mt. the barge offers a clear deck area of 2,500 m² with a deck loading capacity of 12.5 mt per m². it has significant tank capacities, including 4,797.57 mt for fuel oil, 7,248.4 mt for ballast water, 1,965.43 mt for potable water, and 4,744.1 mt for fresh water. accommodation facilities include a total capacity for 300 personnel, featuring 10 single-man cabins, 135 two-man cabins, and 4 four-man cabins. the sewage treatment system is a kdoceanclean 300 vacuum, made by ocean clean (germany), with a capacity for 300 personnel and a sewage holding tank of 1.8 m². the pipelay system can handle a maximum of 60-inch coated pipes, with two tensioner machines each capable of 70 mt. the a& r winch work station has a capacity of 182 mt. the barge is equipped with four beveling stations, three line-up stations, seven automatic welding stations, three ndt and repair stations, and two field joint coating stations. side davits are rated at 50 mt, and the stinger consists of a rigid type with the first section measuring 42 m and weighing 142 mt, and the second section measuring 19 m and weighing 46 mt. the welding capabilities include two 500 amp miller big blue eco pro machines, thirteen 500 amp lincoln welding machines, and six miller gold star 402 arc welding machines. the barge is equipped with eight hydraulic mooring winches, with a line pull of 125 mt at 13 m/min at the first speed and first layer. currently, the vessel is in warm lay-up in malaysia, and is inspectable by arrangement.
